At Ita Bag Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new display bag; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the ita bag is in its original, unused condition with all tags attached and any included decorative inserts or accessories safely packed.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
